Attorney Paul S. Badame’s primary focus is to provide high-quality, client-driven representation. When you need legal advice regarding Social Security disability claims and family law matters, he can listen to your individual needs and help you understand how the law applies to your case.

Mr. Badame graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Finance in 1995 and received his law degree from Widener University in 1999. He has been practicing law for over 10 years and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania state courts and Federal Court.

Mr. Badame has extensive experience in all matters of family law and Social Security disability law. Prior to entering private practice in 2003, he was employed as a Support and Custody Master for the Domestic Relations Division of Philadelphia County and served as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He has also represented a multitude of claimants before Administrative Law Judges in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

He is an active member of the Montgomery, Philadelphia, and Delaware County Bar Associations and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.

Mr. Badame was selected for inclusion in the 2012 and 2013 lists of Rising Stars℠ by Super Lawyers® Magazine, designating him among the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state who are 40 or younger in the area of family law. Paul has also has been awarded The Lawyers of Distinction.
