  • Truly a blessing to me and my family.
    Between Scott and his staff, I am sure my late father put me in his path. My calls were always answered, within minutes of me sending an email a response not just from Scott but also his amazing most helpful Paralegal team and secretary. Even when I was a horrible stumbling crying chemo brain mess, they helped either calm my broken heart down or help me through my brain being confused. They truly take care about you in every aspect. In no way did I ever feel alone, scared or afraid to even ask for help. Truly a blessing to me and my family. Never once felt like I was being ignored or "blown off" from anyone in that office. You hear of the horrible attorney client situations, the usual push off or oh he's in a meeting he will call back and never hear. No matter what, I would call and I would always ALWAYS get a call back. I never worried not once with this firm. If anything I got so comfortable and cared for that I would forget to call and they would check in on me. Not just the secretary or Paralegal, I would get the call from Scott, "I have not heard from you, please call me back I am checking that you are OK and well. Please call so I know you are alright and healthy." I know of NO attorney that does that and I use to work in a law office in another county. Never I have I ever met an attorney like Scott. Truly a caring man who has a law degree and is amazing at what he does.

    I can't even begin to put into words what an outstanding job this Law Firm did to get me Social Security disability. I was with another Law Firm representing me that didn't even put hardly any effort into my case and wasted three years of my life. believe me after 3 years and being denied it made my situation even worse because I didn't understand why I would be denied since my disability is serious.   • Paul Badame is a class individual, a skilled lawyer and a genuinely good person.
    I filed a disabilty claim and was initially rejected. I decided to appeal and I called Paul Badame who agreed to take my case. He is both friendly and professional. His competency and knowledge of the legal process is clearly evident, and at the same time he was sympathetic of the fact that this can be an emotionally and financially trying time for the client. Due to my condition, my wife assisted in the process and was given the same respect as I was. When I say respect I mean he took time to answer the many questions that we had, he never seemed hurried or impatient.
